Dr. Lina Del Favero graduated magna cum laude as a medical doctor from KU Leuven in 2018. She subsequently completed her specialist training in urology at UZ Leuven and AZ Sint-Lucas Ghent. In 2025, she further expanded her expertise by completing a fellowship in functional urology at ZOL Genk.

In 2026, Dr. Del Favero joined the Hageland Urology Association (RZ Tienen – MC Aarschot – AZ Diest – Life Expert Center – Jodoigne) as a general urologist with a particular interest in functional urology.

Her expertise focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of functional urinary disorders in both men and women, including urinary incontinence, voiding difficulties, overactive bladder symptoms, and pelvic floor disorders. Dr. Del Favero adopts a holistic and patient-centred approach, aiming to improve quality of life by addressing both the physical and functional aspects of urological conditions.

 

In addition to functional urology, Dr. Del Favero also provides comprehensive care for general urological conditions. Patients with kidney stones, haematuria (blood in the urine), recurrent urinary tract infections, or other urological concerns are welcome for evaluation and treatment.
